Swatch The Beep Press/Poster/DM
Campaign Objective
To launch the world’s first wristwatch pager: Swatch The Beep.
Our Solution
We created a series of visually impactful ads using face painting images to illustrate the campaign message: Swatch’s new wrist pagers have changed the face of traditional, boring pagers. The “new face” in the headlines is also a reference to the fact that Swatch The Beep pagers are also watches.
Creative Strategy
We produced a series of press ads and posters which were contemporary, simple and visually arresting. For additional exposure, we also ran a DM campaign and tactical press ads, including a series of spoof messages in the Evening Standard, Time Out magazine, etc on Valentine’s Day.
Result
The campaign helped launch Swatch The Beep with widespread exposure and healthy sales figures.
